These NICU Mama pins are not quite perfect but are still a wonderful keepsake, they will have some small imperfections which could include one of the following:

Tarnishing on the metal plating on the back or sides of the pin.
A small amount of enamel underfill or overfill.
Areas of enamel with less glitter
Scratching or bumps on the metal.
Dust or small marks on the enamel

This NICU Mama pin makes a wonderful keepsake for mums of premature babies to celebrate their NICU warriors. I chose to base the pin design on a crochet fiddle octopus - many NICU mums will recognise these toys, which are given to premature babies to provide comfort as their twirly tentacles remind them of the placenta and help to prevent them from pulling out their monitors and tubes. These pins are:

30mm tall with the T&Belle logo on the reverse
Silver plated with hard enamel finish (available in green and purple)
Available with a standard rubber clasp or optional metal locking clasp
Presented on a backing card

My little niece was the inspiration behind this pin design, she was born at 32 weeks and spent time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She is now a bright and wonderful 5 year old who is thriving in her first year at school!
